Had a little adventure 2 days ago, but it's a long story and I already typed it once, and then for some reason it went to google and i lost it. If anyone's actually interested I can type it.

Yesterday I wasn't skiing but I went up the mountain (there's a lift that lets foot passengers on) to have lunch. long story short, the snow was blowing right in my face on the lift and my face just about froze off since I didn't have anything to protect it. XD

and I think I pulled a muscle in my back or something, which is still sore >.<

but I still went tubing today! Sledding in an inner tube is awesome! and twice there were like 10 of us that all tied ourselves together and went down all at once. It was so cool ^.^

and I might go ice skating on a pond either today or tomorrow. I'm looking forward to that.

and last but not least, happy new year everyone!

I noticed I've been doing a lot of journals lately; but given that I'm actually doing something that may be relatively to others I guess I have an excuse to. XD

So it was our first day of skiing today, which was... interesting. It was my siblings's first time, my mom hadn't been skiing in a long time, and the last time I skied (sp?) was when I was, like, 6.

Going down the slope, nothing I did would help me slow down. The most interesting part of my day was the falls. I fell several times, but there were two that were quite intersting. The first one I went into a snowdrift and into a tree. seriously. but the other one is even more entertaining. I felt I was going too fast so I tried to fall into a tiny hill/ridge/type-thing that i think was taller than me. I'm not exactly sure how I managed this, but i ended up laying on the hill-thing, my skis over my head, and one of my poles jammed behind me, which i think was the only thing keeping me in place. If you can picture that, i think you can see why I was cracking up hysterically by the time my parents were helping me up. XD

so we'll see how the rest of this week goes. ^.^

So after an awesome white Christmas, my family (all 15 of us plus 2 others) drove to Colorado to see even more snow! I'm writing this journal from a ski lodge using the netbook i got for Christmas! *spaz* We'll be here for a week, skiing for at least 3 days, I'm so excited! ^.^ lol we had to push a few cars up the driveway but we're all here now watching the Cowboys playing the Redskins; although I'm only half-watching 'cuz I don't really understand football and half the time I can't find the freaking ball XD ^.^; but anyway it's gonna be a fun week.

wow that's the longest journal I've done in a long time.

yesh it is amazing. I don't think I've ever had a white Christmas (and if we did, it's 'cuz we were in Connecticut) So yeah it's sticking and everything! I hope it stays 'till tomorrow. WHITE CHRISTMAS FTW! ^.^

for once I'm actually home for Christmas! ^.^
and all my family (dad's side this time) is coming over. I'm so excited!
And then we're going skiing! yayz!
