We Are So Small

Taken in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. I'm standing on the remnants of a lava flow, and below me is some of the newest land in the U.S. Some of you out there might be, literally, older than dirt.

Jokes aside, the title really does sum up how I felt standing out there.
